Gotta say, eating healthy is one hard task. I started to make "lifestyle" changes last Monday, tomorrow being the start of the 2nd week. Since I'm in college it is very hard to balance my studies and nutrition. The first couple days were horrible, meaning it took a lot of time and effort to make these changes, however I stayed with eating healthy. But when Friday came around, I noticed that my eating patterns, for example eating oatmeal every morning, started becoming part of my routine. Just wanted to thank everyone one here for some of your advice and motivation, because when I'm faced with difficult decision whether I should eat a candy bar or a chicken breast, I think of the free trainers community, and it helps me make the right choice. Although hard, I am coping with the transition of a healthy lifestyle in part to free trainers. Thanks.
