im in 8th grade and planning on trying out for the highschool football team. i wanna try for linebacker cause i cracked pretty hard in popwarner.
i want to gain a large amount of weight, mass, and strength. can someone point me to a 5 day workout program? anything intense thatll get me drippin with sweat.
and whats a safe diet for someone my age that wants to gain weight, mass, and strength?

I'm an 8th grade Science teacher who trains a few students to do exactly what you're looking to do. What experience do you have in the gym? Describe your body type: endomorphic, mesomorphic, or ectomorphic? Current height and weight?
It would help if you completely filled out your profile so we can answer your questions more efficiently. As a teacher, I can tell you to "SHOW YOUR WORK" (bet you've heard that before).

body type: average, not skinny or fat. i got some muscles here and there....
height: around 5'5"
weight: 125

EAT, eat dude, lift hard, run hard, play hard. You'll see results. jbennet will hook you up with a killer workout routine im sure.

Make sure you hit the core lifts, squat,deadlift,powerclean,and bench.

I'm a 9th grader, and i just do not feel happy with my weigh, people say i dont need to lose weight, but i just do not feel happy, or good about my weight. what can i do for exsercie, and diet.
