Hi, I am new to FT, and I am looking forward to working hard to reach my goal! I have a question though. How do I go about accessing my personal excercises?(I hope this is not a stupid question) Also, are there specialized meal plans? Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!! I'm very excited about finding this website.

Your personal program is located in the tabs on the top. There isn't a specialized meal plan, but a whack of ideas in the diet forum.
