I was wondering should you still exercise even on the days that you are under the weather or is it ok to rest untill you feel better?

For me, I want to ensure I am getting the most from my workouts, so I will rest. Missing a day every once in a while isn't going to hurt.

You probably shouldn't in my opinion cause' your not putting in as much effort into the exercise due to whatever illness it is. But then again I'm no expert.
