Been reading alot about the slowing of your bodies ability to digest food as you age.
Does anyone have any experience with digestive enzymes?

I take them occasionally, thoug I don't know if I need them. I think if you get enough fiber to keep you track clean and you eat a wide variety of nutrient rich foods, you probably absorb enough nutrients. Do you feel like you have absorption problems?

No, just the article I read recommended anyone over 30 to take one. Was just curious.

I am a fan of digestive enzymes. Can't hurt, especially as we age. All systems 'deteriorate' at some rate as we age, why not some 'insurance'?
