For those of you guys who chat with me alot I have gotten some preliminary test results all are good I have not gotten my blood test results yet. For those of you who dont know about almost 2 weeks ago had an abnormal EKG upon going to doctor because i hadnt lost weight or inches in a month after varying my routine. I was concerned since I hadn't been to doctor. Since the results are good and after a week of vacation I am returning to my diet and doing it right this time...while I didnt track my diet on vacation I am trying to get to my 2k cal diet in one month so i will be cutting 400 cals a week, to try and get my metabolism back to where it needs to be since i think i cut too fast before. so this week is 3600 cal goal. Thanks for all the support and mental support to those....The journey continues

back into it I started last night talking my wife into an elliptical since I seem to find more and more excuses to stop the running in such cold weather, tried getting a bike to change it up but that only worked for a week lol, figure if I am close and at home I can feel less guilty when running and to tell you the truth the running was really starting to hit my joints hard being a big guy
Back to the horse going to do DL BOR T BAR AND CURLS
