Hi everybody. I've been athletic my whole life and hit the gym at least 4 days a week. Now that I'm working full time and going to grad school at night, it's harder to keep up.
My question is : I tend to do all my weight training on weekdays (late at night when I get out of class) and my three days of cardio friday, saturday, and sunday. Am I wasting my time by squeezing all the cardio together?

I think that you may be be giving your body any rest time but we do not know what your goals are. Please fill out your profile and we can assist more. Welcome

the body needs time to recover to grow and metabolize fat usually why we rest 2-3 days a week

so do you recommend me getting my weight-training/cardio into four days or so instead of trying to get all the lifting done during the week and squeezing in the cardio on the weekends?
