Ok so im a begginer to weight training, and i really am unsure where to start. I have a bench at home, with 50 kg's (110 pounds) of free weights. Bench can be set at an incline. I also have a bike machine and a rowing machine. Bassicaly i want to build muscle, but lose fat at the same time, if this is possible? im just over 6 foot tall. And i weigh 13 stone (180 pounds. Any help much appreciated :)

Where to start? At the beginning of course. :) Over simplification but it's not really hard. Getting started is just that. Get your diet in order and set up a program from this site (it's free) and go from there. You need to at least get the basics down and there's a ton of information available just for the reading.

Hey James - no offense but you're going to have to be more specific yourself. You'll find that the effort put into answers is proportionate to that put in to the questions.

James, a good way to know where to start would be to read as many of the sticky threads as possible. That'll answer alot of questions you may have :)
