Why the DB snatch? Only curious...I have no experience in this lift...
I like the single-leg incorporation! Lookin good, for what it's worth lol.

I like it. I would either snatch or DB snatch there. Its what I felt like doing.
4-22-07 Event training
The crew was 6 strong today. We trained for 2 hours and 40 minutes
Stones
210 x 3
210 x 1
260 x 1

Did a set of 5 on a stone squat with the 210 and then with the 260.
Fat bar deadlift 3 x 4
Not sure of the weight. We had 2 tires and plates on the fat bar.

I actually just started the inverted rows... Do you add resistance? if so, how?
I might like to keep them as a higher rep exercise, but seeing as I'm a skinny kid bodyweight just isn't enough...

My training partner either stack plates on my abdomen or provides manual resistance.

Then I did 15 second bursts of running/sprinting every 45 seconds from 6.5 mph to 12.5 mph.
