Im no expert but do we really need to take pills for weight loss? Are these necessary? I used to be overweight, so i started exercising and eating better (no more pop, candy, chips etc) and i feel much better of myself now then before. So that being said im just wondering, are pills like Hydroxycut, Rev, Leptopril etc. necessary for some and not for others?

Diet pills aren't necessary at all, in fact, they are mostly a waste of money and potentially harmful. You're on the right track. The less processed food you eat the better your results and the better you will feel.

Wight loss pills are money grabbing. All they do is give you a boost of engery but they are uneffective if you just sit on your couch, you need to eat heathy and excersize. So then whats the point in bringing deadly chemicals into your body, when their is no need to. On advertisments look closely somewhere in the ad and you will find that it says "only effective with diet and excersize". So just keep doing what your doing, we have enough bad stuff that goes into are bodies, why add more
