i just recently became a vegetarian. i do still eat dairy products and eggs though. i just dontg like the idea of slaughtering animals for food when there are healthy alternatives. anyways, i've been reading on here that you need to know what to eat to get all the vitamins and protein needed to be healthy. i was wondering what are some foods i could eat that will give me the vitamins and protein i need? i do take a centrum vitamin every day, and i do have ultra whey that i was taking, but alot of times i couldnt finish the whole drink because of the taste or the consistancy, no matter what i added to it. so what should i do??? thanks :)
