Right now I started off with the 'Home Training' Excercise for 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks do I move onto the next program I want? (Muscle Strength + Mass Gain is my goal). How does the system work? Do I change myself from beginner to intermediate in the program? Any help? :X

^ Oh and I'm just starting 'Weight Training', getting my diet in order and starting my first week this monday. I'm looking to gain muscle strength and mass to get back into my Karate classes. I've looked at many of the stickies already but none have come to answer my questions about this system. Maybe I missed something but I also didn't see a search option or I'm blind o.O!

when you fill out your exercise profile there are many options first is you access to equipments i.e. option of neith, free weights, machines. second is the option of what level you are and if you been doing this a little while you can move to intermediate and also the tye of program you select and if you are looking for mass i would go with that program at an intermediate level
