for the imput weight used what exactly do i put for my push ups chins between chairs or such...?

You can put in your bodyweight, but I usually put in a zero. Your bodyweight will change so it will give you an inaccurate reading.

As you get better and stronger with those movements, you may add a weight plate. The weight of the plate is what I would put in.
