Hi guys, for the progress charts/daily planners on reps/weights - in the weights boxes - do I include my body weight (for example my whole body weight for push ups etc.)?

You can, but your body weight will change from day to day. The other option is to just include the added weight you use.
Either way, be consistent.

i usually put bw....for body weight excercises
