Ive had a belly all my life...you get used to it!
Last year i worked really hard to tone up and i did tho ive always got this lip, its not fat but its really annoying!
I think its down to the way my pelvis tilts..r there exercises to change this?

Anterior pelvic tilt is often caused by inactive hip external rotators (glutes) and tight hip flexors.
Here is what I would recommend before weight training every day...
2 sets of 30 seconds

This will help to lengthen your hip flexors and activate your glutes to prepare you for your regular training. This will serve as a warm up...
