Whats the fastest and most effective way to burn fat without having to starve yourself???????????

Eat. And exercise.

Starving won't work. You'll just kick into starvation mode and start storing everything as fat.

Do some looking around on the site and you'll find all the answers to that question.

You have to take in less calories than you need. This will allow the bodyh to shed fat as part of your weight loss. Proper protein intake and training will preserve lean tissue.

This does not mean starve yourself, it means smart diet that results in calorie deprivation, but not starvation. Using exercise is a catalyst to add to your diet means, this in essence is another means of achieving a caloric deficit by utilizing energy expenditure as your means.
