Does anyone know where there are some websites that can give me some examples of some diets to follow to gain muscle mass. I am having trouble gaining more muscle I seemed to have leveled off.

How long have you been stagnant? You do not gain muscle on a consistent basis once you have passed your initial gaining stage like you did when you started. I am saying this to you due to this being only your 2nd post, with no profile, so assuming yo may be new? Please fill in your profile so we may know your current fitness level and your goals, male or female, and can help you better. Welcome to FT....

I have updated my profile and have even posted a picture. I would say in the last eight weeks i have become stagnant. I have recently started drinkig Nitro-Tech and Cell-Tech to help get out of this rut I seem to be in, but I also realize that a good diet also plays a big part. I hope you can give me some guidance in this area.
