is there any alternative for "Wide-Grip Chins ~ to front"
i don't have this equipment at home

bent over rows, i cant even do chins so that is how i do back

You can also go to the local Sports store and buy a bar and mount it between a door. You will be glad you spent the money. The two below range from $30 - $60 bucks
