i have an incomplete recipie here: ice cream (your fav flavor) white of the egg, strawberries (or your fav fruit), milk, yougourt... (i read this one on a site once... i may be wrong about the ingredients it was some time ago)

it was somethin like this u put it in a mixer and there u go!

If you are interested in making your own protein, why not combine all natuarl proteins. Go the protein factory, you can get any combination of proteins custom made, or pick the combination already made up for your goals. You can buy flavoring there too for them. Just a thought.

I prefer the convenience of the protein blends but if you want to only use what you might have at home use your imagination. Blend a variation of some of these to hit your target protein/carb/fat ratios: Skim milk or soy milk, cooked egg whites, yogurt, tofu??, or cottage cheese, some berry type of fruit (even orange juice gives it a Orange Julius type taste), flax seed oil, oatmeal or cooked rice and if you have absolutely no taste buds, add some tuna :)

"Tuna shakes" almost as bad as Smoked salmon spread!
Makes me cringe thinking about it! btw I had 2 cans for lunch today, with lemon juice and pepper on it. I'll stick to the solid form.

I would suggest this:

.5+ cup pasteurized packaged egg white
1 cup cottage cheese
1.5 cup skim milk

That'll get you your protein, now you've gotta flavor it. Maybe some fresh fruit? Sugar free Quik type stuff?
