I know how everythings work and this site help me a lot but there is one thing I want to know:

When you are working on biceps fopr exemple you do 4 or 5 set of .... curl but do you do more than on exercises on 1 part of the body or 1 type of curl and you do the back for exemple??OR YOU DO 2 OR 3 EXERCISES ON YOUR BICEPS??

I am a fan of splitting things up. That is, get your heavy barbell curls in first, say 2 sets, then a couple sets of heavy dumbbell curls, and maybe 2 sets of cable curls. This is 6 total sets, and should blast the bi's good.
