I've been looking into this a bit but I can't seem to find anything on any bodybuilding websites so was just wondering if anyone here had any opinions on it?
How much protein should I have in my diet? How much is too much?
Is it goal dependant?
Here's an article on it if anyone is interested:

Thanks for your help,

Sorry but this is one of the most laughable articles I've ever read...
About the author--(BTW..these are not my typos...I cut and pasted this from the article):
"Charles Snuder is a Helath Minister. His degree is in the philosophy of Natural Hygiene."
A quote from the article:
"The best sources for amino acids, to build strong bodies, are vegetables and fruits. The lowly lettuce salad has more usable protein in the form of amino acids than a stake. Because most plant foods have the protein in the form we need the body has less work to do to digest the food."
rjh04, do a fitbuddy search on protien..generally you want to aim for 1-1.5g protien per body weight.

I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)
