I believe it started when I was doing barbell curls, it's like I strain my neck when I do exercises. Then from my hairline down between my shoulder blades are sore, like i pulled 2 muscles. Everytime I do dumbell flyes and other exercises, it's like I irritate those muscles again, anyone else had this problem? any solutions?
