Hi,
I tried a new sit up in which I sat flat on a bed just up to my waist and had the other half of my body off the bed. I then continued to do the normal sit up routine, except with this new position I could go lower. It felt harder than a normal sit up, so I was wondering if this was also good as a replacement, and if it was safe to do them (i.e. damage to the back due to the incline after repetitive use). Any replys would be appreciated.
