I've lost 16 lbs since Jan and hugely increased my general fitness.
I've re-evaluated my relationship with food.
I suddenly realised I didn't want to sit in front of the PC playing games for hours every night.
I'm happier, more active, have more energy and (so someone told me) sexier. Rawr.

I've lost 22 pounds and dropped about 8% body fat since Jan. I have cont'd to avoid sweets and desserts (I have an immense sweet tooth). I cont to progress w/weight training w/o messing up my shoulder. When I started lifting last Sep, I could barely get 10# (10x3) over my head. This morning I lifted 135# (12x4). I'm still playing it safe and try not to progress too quickly. My chronic neck pain and headaches are mostly gone now.
I find that the discipline I have established these past few months has enabled me to gain control over other aspects of my life. It has been years since I made New Year's resolutions (public and private) and I am amazed that all are still intact!
