I have football try outs in about 4 months and i am involved with a lot of other sports now but what are some ood exercises and tips to bulking up fast?

for bulking, i hear that low rep high weight workouts are the best. thats what my coaches have planned for me this late spring (4x3, 3x4, 4x2, etc.) but, dont take my word for it. but they have been doin this a while

The key to bulking up fast:
1. Insert fork into food.
2. Lift fork to mouth and ingest food.
3. Repeat again and again and again and......
Bulking doesn't occur in the gym.

well of course j, eating is the most important part! i just thought he was talking about in the weight room, that'd be my suggestion

Training is a given. The second part of the equation though it proper rest.
