I have been lifting since Sep & have made a great deal of progress. However I have notice that my right biceps lags behind my left consistently as I increase weights and drop body fat. Flexed, the right is 1/4 to 3/8" smaller than the left. I am right handed and have chronic Lt shoulder bursitis which I would have expected the difference to be the other way around.
Got any suggestions how I could even them out?

Stick with unilateral work. Always work the week side first. Do how every many reps you did with the weak side with stronger side and not more.

I suggest doing heavy barbell curls. Doing isolation will your weak arm will simply give out when it is overwhelmed. Doing heavy barbell will force the weak arm to catch up, it may well in fact overcompensate to try to even things out and you end up with your smaller arm bigger than your now bigger arm. This very thing happened to me.

That would geive me reason to get back into the free weight room. Will probably have to wait though. I have 2 wks emergency leave to No Dak to visit an ailing dad-in-law. Nothing to lift there but perhaps hay bales.

I have noticed that the problem may be more with the tri than the bi. Still working it out and still a difference.

might be a little weird try just dumbell curls with same weight for each arms. When your weak arm has done as much as it can don't do any more with your strong arm.

Who are you calling weird?
Any way, I started full body chin ups and dips and it looks as if it has done more to even them out.

Started dumb bell curls and started seeing them grow again. I'm just very careful because my shoulder can get irritated in a heart beat.

Been working with dumbells and right now they are more even. Usually now <1/4" and not as noticable in the mirror.
