I usually order off the net buddy. Don't use a supplement without prior knowledge of it from a reliable source.

You will pay a hefty price for anything at GNC/brick and mortar store unless it is so old they have reduced it for quick sale. In this case, the reason for the reduced price is normally because folks found out after the hype was all over it wasn't worth crap.
Don't buy anything, just work out and eat and rest well. No need to spend money on products you will be unhappy with anyway.

to add to the above, many folks think they have a super supplement if they use it and they have a great workout. Many times this is just from added caffine for instance.
Good way to go, have some candy and caffine pre workout. Watch your workout soar. Blood sugars will not be an issue if you time it correctly(approx. 30 minutes pre workout). It will simpy sustain your workout. Blood sugars if anything drop with heavy sustained work anyway.
