Hi I am 23 and have a muscular built but would like to cut some pounds and get toned but can't seem to get it going is there a diet or a work out plan that can help, because I usually just go to the gym and run a couple miles do crunchies, and a couple other abdominal related workouts then work out my chest but really dont have a set routine. If someone can help I would appreciate it greatly.

Pick a routine from here and stick to it. Just running, abs and chest will not get you very far.

Start with some research. Learn what people who have achieved results have done and model after them. After a while figure out what works for you specifically.
