Hi. New to weight training here, I'm 37 and trying to get fit, but my wife in particular has criticized the lack of muscles in my arms (biceps aren't very big and I have very thin forearms and wrists). I want to target my arms and chest for starters and will be working those fairly hard, but want to know what supplements, etc., really work to help build muscle. What would you recommend I take? While your at it, anyone have a good training regimen for building up your arms and chest? Thanks for any responses.
