George Forman griller is great; it just makes getting rid of excesses fats so much easer. But how do you get a cup of cauliflower, I mean there all the air gaps isn’t there?
well I usually mix broc. and cauli. together and get whatever I can into the pita (sometimes isn't much), I usually end up having half of the veg. still on my plate but I like plain veg. too so no big deal I did just find out you have to be selective about goat cheese, some are much more fattening than others. The one in the container is the 50 cal. one and the ones that are indiv. wrapped can be the bad
