M:)ake sure you read more about the Creatine that you are taking. I was taking it but I stopped after reading studies about the possible long term effects.

i usually take 5g a 1/2 hour before a workout and 5g after with my protein shake about a half hour after the workout. taking creatine before a workout helps your muscles work harder and longer through the workout while taking it after helps muscle growth.

hmm so u guys would recommend Creatine as a positive product for me to use in my pursuit of a bigger better body?

creatine can be a very a helpful supplement...do a fitbuddy search on it..there are alot of posts regarding it...just educate yourself on it and you will be fine :)

I do 3g a half hour before and 3 grams immediately after my workout.

I usually do 5gram after with cranberry Juice.
