Hello everyone. I found this website by searching for beginner exercise programs and thought I would give it a try. My goals is to lose 30-40 lbs sensibly and incorporate exercise back into my life. I love the outdoors but was recently diagnosed with lupus and have to stay out of the sun as much as possible to avoid flare ups. :(
