Hi and welcome to FT!
I notice you aim to lose 30lbs in a month, if I may - you may be able to achieve it, but it probably won't be the best way to reach your goals. Have a look at the stickies, there's tons of advice there. I believe 2lbs per week is around the best rate to lose the flab if you want to get fitter, stay healthy and keep it off.
