A few months back I read somewhere that when microwaving food, it is broken down on a mollecular level to a point whereby the body doesn't recognise it and thus, stores it as fat. Apparently, Russia banned them at one point?
Is this true of whole foods, or just processed packaged rubbish?
I ask as I often reheat chicken breasts (cooked the night before), eggs (when rushed for time) and numerous other foods prepared in advance.

Thankyou for the link, very interesting read and more than answered my question.
I'll reheat using the oven from here-on-in.
Appreciated.
