Hey, Im a ex-Army Ranger who went from 125lbs to 175lbs in three years(01/00-03/03). Two months out, I lost 25lbs and no matter what I do, my body is locked in the 145-155lb range. Im 6'1 (72") and have no idea what to do about exercise. My goal is to be 190lbs solid. I have no workout equipment, no access to workout equipment, and my schedule is extremely hectic. Ive heard every comment from "he looks good" to "Scarecrow Skinny". Its time to do something about it... If anyone has any questions or helpful comments, email me or let me know. Thanks for the wonderful site...If I had $50.00, Id send you guys for the wonderful influence that the past 20 minutes of browsing has helped me in my new goal. - Jonathan Stremming

Hi and welcome!
It's always interesting to read other people's goals and challenges, your are so different to mine.
You'll find loads of good advice and support from a whole range of people at FT.
