well first of all grats on sucess so far, allergic to fish try turkey and yes chicken also research buffalo or flank steaks for red meat protien source and as far as you abs and butt that comes with time unfortunately they are the harder places to lose the fat and get it going especially after the weight you were at still going to have some of those issues

Hi Amanda and welcome to FT. First let me say congrats on going from 305 to 180, you could probably be giving advice here! As far as quitting smoking, all I can say is you have to really want to do it and then go for it. It isn't easy, as I'm sure you know, but you have to really put your mind to it. There are many here that have quit, some still in the process of quitting (right KC??) so maybe they can give you some more constructive advice.

As far as diet and exercise goes, you've done great with the diet part. If you need more variety, look at the grocery list for healthy eating in the food and nutrition forum. Lean beef and pork tenderloin may be nice options for you. "Not my mothers meatloaf"..aka turkey loaf, is another option (recipe on this site)

Exercise: what are you currently doing. If your not lifting wts, start..makes a huge difference.

Spend some time reading the many great posts on this site and learn all you can. There's great support here, so I think you've found what you're looking for.

Good Luck!
