I just started going to the gyma and I can only devote three or four days to going therefore I'm doing weight training and cardio when I go. I heard a guy tell someone that you should do cardio after weight training. Is this true? I like to do weight training first then cardio.

Second question. How much time between sets should you wait? I see people just sitting there after doing sets but I'm going from one to another without waiting. I assume the "wait" is to fight fatigue?

I am truely new at this so bear with me...Thanks! :)

Both of those depend on your goals. Some here do cardio after, some before. I do it on off weight days. Do a quick Fit Buddy search about this very topic and you'll get a whack of answers.

As for the wait between sets, this also depends on your goal or routine. Some do a higher intensity to get a cardio benefit and that would mean anywhere from 30 seconds to 60 seconds between sets. For heavier weights, I sometimes wait up to two minutes.
