I am new to this site, but have been working out for almost 2 years. I am 6'2 205 and was wondering whch progeam would help me get more cut without losing weight and too much strength. Any feedback would be great.
you need an intense weights program.
cut down on cardio a bit and just increase the amount of weight you work with. try cutting back on fat in your diet as well.
sign up on mass building program here on FT, also fill out profile....third and finally cut cardio to what i call maintainance session i.e. about 10-15 mins AFTER your workouts
