Hey everyone, I'm Ben, and I'm new to this whole working out thing, I guess I was blessed with a decent metabolism because I am not overweight even though I have neglected my diet, as well as slacked off on the exercise. I plan on going on an atkins like diet and on working out atleast 5 days a week now. Wish me luck!

atkins is bad don't do it my friend. research a diet here on freetrainer.com No carbs equal bad very bad. Carbs are good you just need to right ones such as wheat bread and oats. Just eating meat will make you lose tonsof weight and put your health in danger from kidney problems to heart problems. Hope this helps

well im still planning on eating whole grain breads, I just plan on cutting out the sweets and proccessed foods and basing most my meals on meat.

smart idea with the processed foods and sweets that alone will make a amzing difference. Good luck
