Im new to the free trainers program and have a question about the order of sets i do. should i be doing all the sets for one exercise before moving on to the next, or should i do one set of each exercise and alternate until all sets are acomplished

Unless you are doing curcuit training, complete all sets of the same exercize before moving on to the next.
