will an occasional glass of chocolate milk (nonfat and weak) say once a day ruin a weight loss program? if I could drink a glass a day I would be in heaven!
Since no one is answering your question, here is my take on it. It is totally dependent on your conditioning at this point. If you are lean, and not worried about any fat loss at this time, then enjoy yourself. But if you have fat to lose, and that is your main goal, then I would shy away from it. I have never heard of a good fat loss diet that includes chocolate milk. If this is the case, why not do a double chocolate protein shake to satisfy your craving? Just a suggestion. Or even a vanilla and put a little cocoa and splenda in it.
