Hi, newbie here who is extremely frustrated! I've been struggling with my weight for about 16 years now. I spent my teens and twenties starving myself or trying fad/ unhealthy diets and diet pills. About 4 years ago I changed my eatting habits and now I eat pretty healthy. I also exercise regularly and have most recently increased how much I exercise. But the problem is that I am not losing any weight! I am so frustrated because I have been keeping track of my calories in and how much I burn via a heart rate monitor and my weight will not shift downward, only upward! I have about 30 lbs to lose. I just did the nutrition plan on here and it told me I should be consuming 2200 calories a day! I only eat about 1500 a day. Am I not eating enough to lose weight? 2200 just seems like a lot for a woman who is trying to lose weight. I am so frustrated because I feel like I am doing everything right but yet I am not getting results. Does anyone suspect this could be a thyroid problem or another issue that might be preventing me from losing weight? Has anyone been in a similar situation? I would appreciate any advice!
Thanks
SG

What does your exercise program consist of? What does your diet look like? Maybe give us an idea of what you typically eat in a day. What is your current height and wt? Why not go and see a Dr and determine if there is something else going on? This info may help us help you.
