Eat right and keep training. It will come off eventually, we all have problem areas that are often the last to respond.
A total body routine is important and will help shed fat faster than just 'spot' toning or reducing, which actaully doesn't really work. Working legs will burn hella calories and help your whole body shape up - including that aggravating armpit area!
