You don't necessarily need protein shakes as much as the protein itself. Be helpful if we knew a little more to help assist you better.

hmm includeing the protien shake im intaking about 1000-1100 calories a day , about 10g of fat, 2 fruits a day,
4 multivitamin pill and 3 fishoil, and i been takeing whey protien thingy after my postworkout and im still managing to lose weight i guess.. im not sure if thats the info u want lol but tell me

OMG you're 170 lbs and only eating 1100 cals a day....wow at bare minimum i would try for 1700 at LEAST! I KNOW GASTRIC BYPASS PATIENTS WHO EAT MORE CALS then you....you should be consuming about 170-255g of protien a day...1g per lb of bodyweight if really trying to pack on muscle 1.5-2g of protien per lb

I eat a 1000 calories for my first breakfast alone! Is there any reason why you're starving yourself?

i think i just dont like my appearance
i mean i did manage to lose alot of weight to fit in medium t-shirts ahah
and my friends do call me anorexic..sorta..and i think i been consumeing 110 cals a day since i was 180 and that was like 3 weeks ago or 2 i forgot..didnt keep count

You're going about this all wrong. You starve yourself, then, when you finally do eat something, your body stores it instead of using it for fuel. You're losing muscle. That's what you want to keep, yet you deprive you muscles of the nutrients they need to grow and function properly. It takes some self disipline, but once you start getting in the habit of eating right, that habit is hard to break. Stop eating like a frickin' runway model and start eating like you want to change your body for the better.
