I am going to start taking lean body m.r.p and would be consuming it on my workout days ( 5 days a week), i would just like to know if i should consume it on the non workout days/rest days also or could i avoid it,cuz i have no problem but just so that it could last a bit longer, and would'nt have to go and buy it sooner , cuz supplements are expensive.By not taking it on rest days, will it become less effective?
If it is part of your protein consumption for reaching your required protein amounts, then you will need either to take it or substitute another source. Any good whole food protein will do, along with enough carbs to meet your needs. Your days off from the gym are especially important for growth. You do not grow in the gym, so your off days are vitally important for growth.
