I am seriously considering the upgrade membership, can anyone tell me the benefits or negatives? Thanks!

I have to admit that the FT free version is one of the best free sites around. I upgraded because the layout of the PRO version is much nicer and easier to navigate-and no banner ads. The nutrition tracker is more user friendly and it gives me access to the user logs, which I use regularely. To upgrade was only about $40, so well worth it IMO.

ok i used the Free FT for 6 months I finally upgraded NOT THAT YOU HAVE TOO...but I just did and if you used the workouts at all on here OH MY GOSH upgrade I thought it was just a few nice animations for exercises and stretches added but it is a better layout You can add and replace lifts in your routine you can reorganize the days without starting over if gives you info on last time you did that exercise and results.....i could go on forever I wish I had done it earlier but needless to say for $45 for a full yr PFFT AWESOME!!!!!!!!
