Hi My name is Jerry. hows it going...I'm having a hard time believing that I can afford consume..650 crbs, 49 fats, and 4040 total Cals!!!??? There is just no way !!!
If you can help me make since of this.. I would really appreciate it.. Im 39 weigh 300 am 6'4" would like to loose the middle and gain a little more mass. But all and all I wanna get tone. My body fram is Big. So thats why I would rather get tone with a little more mass..Any Help in the over all skeem of what I am trying to do would be much appreciated..: ) Thank you, Jerry

In the FAQs forum there are a few different threads on how to calculate your caloric needs.
