to increase my vertical jump how many reps should i be doing on squat and deadlift? and other excersises

1-5....triples sound good to me....singles are also good...

you may want to try singles with 90% of squats and deadlifts for sets of 5 or something...

triples = 3 reps, singles 1 rep allowing heavy weights

so singles are like your max somewhat?
what are the best excersises to get vertical jump up i am 17 i can grab the rim already.

When using the weight room for vertical jump you should do no more than 8 reps.

You want to be explosive when you with squats, deadlift, etc...

This is a huge part ^^^

You could spend all the time in the weight room and not get the results you want because your not training to be explosive!

But I would suggest 3 sets of 3-4 reps (being explosive!)
