I 5'2" tall and have consistently worn a size 6. My weight was usually not a concern as I was 120 lbs. wearing a size 4... (Maybe I am just really dense!)
Anyway, when I turned 30, it seemed to all catch up to me. I am now "fitting into" a size 8, noticing areas of considerable growth in my hip/stomach/rear areas. My goal is to combine my workout with a new lifestyle of eating to lose 20 pounds and maintain a size 6.
I have used the tools on FT, but I am one of those folks who would like to have a specific diet plan laid out for me (I need to be TOLD what to eat in the beginning and then sticking to the plan will come naturally).
Any suggestions for someone who needs to have her hand held initially?
