I have been eating this bread with a description of wheat bread. Since its the only product i can find here in our place, i have no choice..
It has this description

I really need help.. If this is a fake then could someone help me a subtitute?

dunno cant find a picture of actual label....sound like normal whole grain wheat bread from tyheir website, but without a label sry cant offer much more than an insight

Well, it is hard to say. If that were a label on a bread product being sold in a market in the U.S., the high protein wheat flour would be have to be listed as whole wheat if it were whole grain. Then is wholemeal the same as whole grain? Maybe, but then it doesn't specify what type of flour. But if you have no choice...I guess it is that or no bread (which I've pretty much given up).

make sure it say 1005 whole grain wheat.....and also watch out for high fructose corn syrup.
